Introductory Classes — Open to Beginners
Yangjia Michuan Thirteen Postures
A great entry way into learning the Yangjia Michuan style of taijiquan (t’ai chi). Class teaches breathing coordinated with movement to enhance the development of inner energy & peace of mind. - Eight Pieces of Brocade
A system of Chi Kung Exercises which were devised by Marshal Yue Fei. He was a famous Chinese General, who lived during the Son Dynasty in the twelfth century. These exercises were used by his troops to keep them healthy. These simple exercises can do the same for you. They consist of simple stretches with rhythmic breathing and visualization of the movement of chi to provide light to moderate exercises. Great for those who want to get by with little effort.
